We're Hiring
Three positions open now across our operations and QHSE teams. All roles are based in Malaysia with field deployment across our Pan Malaysia contract area.
Fishing Engineer
What you'll do
- Lead fishing and intervention operations for parted tools, drill pipes, tubulars, and downhole obstructions
- Supervise tool preparation, maintenance, and retrieval in line with project timelines and safety requirements
- Serve as the primary technical contact for clients and field crew during operations
- Manage inspection and upkeep of fishing tools and associated equipment
- Maintain detailed operational records and submit reports within agreed timeframes
- Support the Head of Operations and senior engineers in managing daily field activities
What you need
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of dedicated fishing engineering experience
Operations Engineer
What you'll do
- Coordinate with facilities teams, clients, and rig personnel to ensure smooth job execution
- Support operations planning, billing, and invoicing across field projects
- Guide junior engineers and crew members on fishing techniques and equipment use
- Evaluate post-operation outcomes and produce detailed completion reports for management
- Ensure all field activities are carried out safely and in line with environmental guidelines
What you need
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Fresh graduates considered; or 2 years of fishing engineering experience
QHSE Executive
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain the QHSE management system in line with API Q2, ISO standards, and client requirements
- Conduct site audits, inspections, and incident investigations with corrective action follow-through
- Run QHSE training programmes for staff, contractors, and stakeholders
- Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements to management
- Lead QHSE committees and build a proactive safety culture across the company
What you need
- Diploma in QHSE or a related field
- Lead Auditor, NEBOSH, or DOSH-registered SHO qualification preferred
- 3 to 5 years in a QHSE role
