Key Management Team

United Asiapac Energy Berhad's executive team brings together finance, operations, corporate strategy, and human capital expertise built across oil and gas, banking, and professional services in Malaysia and internationally.

Managing Director

Ahmad Fadzuli Bin Ali

Ahmad Fadzuli Bin Ali was appointed to our Board on 10 October 2024. He brings over two decades of experience in procurement, contract management, and supply chain leadership across the construction materials and oil and gas industries.

He began his career in sales and business development roles at Marinemine Shipping Sdn Bhd and Panah Jaya Services Sdn Bhd, before moving into procurement at 1st Silicon (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd. He then joined Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad in 2002, rising to Group Head of Contract and Procurement, where he oversaw the Group's procurement operations, tender processes, and contract management policies.

He subsequently built extensive expertise in the oil and gas sector over more than a decade with Shell, holding progressively senior contract and supply chain positions at Sarawak Shell Berhad, Brunei Shell Petroleum, and Shell Malaysia. His roles spanned contracting strategy, supplier evaluation, and cross-border supply chain integration, including an international posting in Brunei and leading the contracts and sourcing team for the Rosmari and Marjoram Deepwater project.

He joined the Board of Asiapac in 2022 and was appointed Executive Chairman in 2023, guiding the Group's strategic direction and growth plans. He was redesignated Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in 2024, before assuming his current role as Managing Director later that year, where he is responsible for the strategic planning of the Group's corporate direction, developing growth strategies, and overseeing daily operations.

He holds an Executive Master in Business Administration from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), and a Bachelor of Arts from Lewis University, United States of America.

Chief Financial Officer

Mohamad Rosdi Bin Damis

Mohamad Rosdi Bin Damis is the Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for overseeing the Group's accounting, financial functions, legal, risk and compliance functions. He brings over a decade of progressive experience in accounting, audit and finance across both public practice and industry.

He began his career in professional practice with WH Hau Associates, where he gained a strong foundation in audit and assurance, advancing to Senior Auditor before moving into other industries. He subsequently held internal audit and finance leadership roles at Tasek Concrete Sdn Bhd, MO Foodmart Sdn Bhd and MHC Coldstorage Sdn Bhd, the latter two forming part of PT Resources Holding Berhad, where he progressed from Finance Manager to Financial Controller, overseeing group financial reporting, budgeting and regulatory compliance.

He joined Asiapac in December 2023 as Financial Controller cum Head of Corporate Finance, and was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in October 2025, a position he continues to hold to date.

He is a Chartered Accountant and has been a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) since December 2015. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), obtained in May 2012.

Chief Operations Officer

Edwin Siripala

Edwin Siripala is the Chief Operations Officer. He is responsible for overseeing well intervention services and facilities operations. He brings over four decades of extensive experience in offshore operations, facilities management and fishing tool services across the oil and gas industry.

He began his offshore career in 1978 with Offshore Manpower Sdn Bhd, progressing from Trainee Storekeeper to Material Coordinator. He then spent a decade from 1987 onwards in various operational and management roles within the Delcom Services Sdn Bhd group of companies (now known as Deleum Berhad), including at Oilfield Rental Tools Pte Ltd, Enterra Oil Field Rentals and Weatherford International plc, gaining specialised expertise in fishing tools, facilities management and operations across Malaysia and India.

He subsequently held facilities and base management roles with Weatherford (M) Sdn Bhd, the Smith International group of companies in Brunei Darussalam, Malaysia and Angola, Baker Hughes Operations (Thailand) Limited, and Ardyne Technologies Limited, where he led base operations for the Asia Pacific region.

He joined Asiapac in December 2020 as Head of Facilities, and was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in October 2025, a position he continues to hold to date.

Chief Corporate Officer

Ng Her Yinn

Ng Her Yinn was appointed to our Board on 24 November 2025. She brings nearly two decades of experience in strategic planning, business transformation, and financial product management across banking and fund management. Her career began in engineering before pivoting into banking, where she held progressively senior strategy roles at leading banks in Malaysia, leading regional transformation programmes, product development, and strategic initiatives across SME and business banking segments.

She went on to broaden her expertise across financial services, holding senior product leadership positions at Standard Chartered Bank Berhad and co-founding Cremorne Capital Fund Management Limited in Labuan, where she managed investment portfolios and remains a shareholder and Non-Executive Director.

She joined Asiapac Holdings in 2024 as Head of Corporate Development, before being appointed Chief Corporate Officer of Asiapac in March 2025, a position she continues to hold. She is responsible for supporting the Managing Director in strategy development and setting the Group's overall direction, and for overseeing the implementation of business strategies that position the Group for stability and growth in line with its future direction.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Manitoba, Canada.

Chief People Officer

Zaleha Binti Che Mustapha

Zaleha Binti Che Mustapha was appointed to our Board on 24 November 2025. She brings over three decades of diversified experience spanning banking operations, credit risk management, and human capital transformation. Her career began in corporate and SME banking before moving into senior credit risk roles, where she shaped credit policy and risk frameworks, and led Islamic banking set-ups and Syariah compliance initiatives across multiple countries.

She went on to lead major transformation agendas, including group-wide IT and business transformation roadmaps, stakeholder engagement strategies, and customer experience overhauls, providing oversight of strategic direction and change management at an institutional level. This grounding in strategy and governance extended into human capital, where she directed policy formulation, organisational design, and cost governance frameworks across several leading institutions.

Her career culminated in senior human resources leadership roles, and in October 2025 she was appointed Chief People Officer of United Asiapac Energy, a position she holds to date. She began her career with an established accounting firm in the United Kingdom and has since held senior roles at several regional and international financial institutions.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Financial Economics from University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, United Kingdom.
