Our Approach

Governance that supports long-term value

Our Board brings together independent perspectives and industry expertise. All Directors are appointed through a formal process by the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, and their performance is assessed annually.

Financial reporting follows Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards. The Audit Committee reviews all quarterly and annual results before release to Bursa Malaysia.

Key Governance Principles
Board majority of Independent Non-Executive Directors
Separate roles for Chairman and Managing Director
Quarterly financial results disclosed within 2 months of quarter end
Annual General Meeting held within 6 months of financial year end
Whistleblowing channel independent of management
Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy applicable to all staff and contractors
