Fadzuli brings over two decades in oil and gas operations, procurement, and executive leadership. He held senior positions at Cahya Mata Sarawak Berhad, Sarawak Shell Berhad, and Brunei Shell Petroleum, including leading the Rosmari and Marjoram Deepwater project for Shell Malaysia. He joined the United Asiapac Board in 2022, served as Executive Chairman from 2023, and was appointed Managing Director in October 2024.

Her Yinn's career spans regional transformation and product leadership roles at RHB Bank, Malayan Banking Berhad, and Standard Chartered Bank Berhad. She co-founded Cremorne Capital Fund Management Limited in Labuan before joining United Asiapac as Head of Corporate Development in 2024. She was appointed Chief Corporate Officer in March 2025 and joined the Board of Directors in November 2025.

Zaleha began her career at PwC in the United Kingdom before building experience across Malaysian financial institutions, covering credit risk, Islamic finance, IT transformation, and human capital strategy. She was appointed Chief People Officer of United Asiapac Energy Berhad in October 2025 and joined the Board of Directors the following month.

Rosdi oversees financial reporting, accounting operations, and risk management across the Group. He is responsible for Group financial planning and capital allocation, working with the Board and Managing Director on financial strategy for the Group's oilfield services operations.

Edwin brings over four decades in well intervention, completion, and production services, built through senior roles at Weatherford International, Smith International, and Baker Hughes. He joined United Asiapac Energy Berhad as Chief Operations Officer.
